@JesseStojan@hardwarecanucks Zero of these companies sell consumer-grade products direct to consumers. They’re either business-grade and thousands of dollars or rented from your ISP.
@M3rcury39 @utaumirai42 In their defense, Blooming last year in Japan had a $180 Bodysong (upscale Japanese clothes brand) hoodie available at the merch booth. But then again the light sticks were only $20…
@inerati@k9522_@f4micom It wasn’t because of speed. Nvidia made the chipset, which is where AM2/3/3+ CPUs had their onboard graphics implemented.

@k9522_@f4micom My first build’s motherboard was an ASRock N68GC-FX. When I upgraded from an Athlon x2 3800+ to an Athlon II x2 215 (talk about power!!) I still ran DDR2 with it for a few months until I could afford a DDR3 kit.
Memories…
@Snooz_E_Daytime But why care? It’s not like you’ll ever see any of these people in your whole life again. And it’ll maybe make the day of the ones that get it!
@cheddarized33@leo__oliveira That's for sure, but if something like this is starting to rear its ugly head around the same time as other things, it may end up being brand-specific.
I've seen well over 40+ CPS2s with corrosion, typically the solder itself stops holding the pin when its a surface mount piece.
