If we date, I want you to bother me. Tell me about your day. Tell me what you had for lunch. Send me random pictures of what you see. I want to be a part of your life and see what makes you happy, no matter how ordinary you think it is.
Being a small vtuber is kinda strange (but in a good way).
You first celebrate every 10, then 100 and then, 1000 followers the bigger you get.
You recognise peoples usernames in chat, or even learn about their different preferred names.
You notice it when someone hasn’t showed up in some time, and briefly wonder that they might be doing.
Every moment you have with chat feels so personal (cus it is) and even a bit vulnerable cus of that. Like if it all could tip over in a bad week or month.
Still behind every viewer, every streamer there’s a real person making a connection.
People choose to stay cus of the person you are, your voice, your vibes and in turn, you as a streamer try to create this space where people can have fun and feel safe.
I think there’s something really beautiful in that 🩷
