The Montreal Canadiens have traded Brendan Gallagher (at 50%) to the Vancouver Canucks for Future Considerations.

Montreal now has about $14.3M in cap space.

Gallagher's preference was to go to Vancouver and the Canadiens wanted to make a deal work for #11 without a buyout.

Sources: The NFL has informed Texas Tech QB Brendan Sorsby there will be no supplemental draft this year, rendering him ineligible to play in the league this season.

The league told Sorsby it is the NFL’s “sole discretion” whether to hold a draft. There will be none in 2026.

Bombshell: The Browns are finalizing a trade that will send two-time Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams, per @rapsheet, @TomPelissero and me.
