@browt1971 @DrTyrminus I do appreciate it Tracy. It's just now i am recently married, got two stepsons, got a house, i don't have a backup plan if things don't work out. Before that, it would've been easier to get pushed out and restart, now i am not so sure.

@browt1971 I guarantee you there will still be cowards in the Chain of Command amongst enlisted and officers who will think nothing of it all or they will say "i have too much to lose to worry about doing what is right."

@TrashPandaGirll I don't affiliate myself with either side. As for the statement, "this land wasn't stolen, it was conquered." How is it sociopathic to state an irrefutable fact, that has played out since humanity began having opposing tribes of people?

@MeSharona1 @browt1971 I chose to resist knowing full well there was a time i could've received a dishonorable discharge before they changed it to other than honorable. It still was and is a choice i do not regret. I was never kicked out by the way.

@FromMo_2 @browt1971 It certainly was a choice. As a sailor who refused, fought tooth/nail to stay in. I came to realize how many people were cowards amongst the enlisted and officers from each branch who ran from their duty and threw their core values they were trained to live by to the wayside.

@CanadianQuoter @browt1971 Honestly i will say that, the number of brothers and sisters i have known in the military that originally refused when it was optional, when the chips were laid down, they ran like cowards from their duty to disobey unlawful orders.

@CJanego12 @harryfisherEMTP Because there were too many people in leadership roles between the enlisted/officer ranks in the military who were cowards, even when things made no sense they still didn't bother to question anything, they saw those of us with courage to stand-up as the undesirables

In my opinion, too many people have stopped thinking critically for themselves. They see a post, a headline, or a viral video and immediately accept it as fact without stopping to ask the most basic questions.

Instead of asking, “Is this accurate? What’s the evidence? Is there another explanation? Who is making this claim, and why?” many people simply accept whatever fits the narrative they’re being given.

The same applies to medical decisions. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Understand why something is being recommended, what the potential benefits and risks are, and what the alternatives may be. An informed decision starts with being informed.

Why wait for someone else to hand you a narrative? Read. Research. Compare sources. Ask questions. Think for yourself. No influencer, politician, commentator, or healthcare professional should replace your own critical thinking.

@GaPeachCDawn @HealthRanger If you are one of the people who realized they were wrong then i am willing to extend a olive branch, there will be a bit scrutiny for when the next test comes, but it is something at the very least.
