I’m excited to share some really cool news.
Opening soon in Los Angeles will be a brand new video game spot called Let’s Play Arcade!
Classic stuff, modern stuff, family friendly gaming, competition heavy gaming, indoor fun, outdoor fun with projectors and more.
Let’s go!
I do play both 1v1 and tag games, but my playstyle these days favors more on a consistent and orderly rhythm. I do enjoy labbing Tokon so far, but midmatch I def feel that struggle to change up my already rigid rhythm to keep up with the game flow.
Revisiting this because Tokon really highlights it. For some people, realizing how much there is to lab feels stressful. For others, myself included, seeing all those possibilities is exactly what makes the game exciting.
I find that creative players tend to gravitate toward tag fighters or games with open options, while structured players often prefer games like Strive with pure RPS or limits. It’s kind of like a chaotic vs orderly brain divide.
I went deep into the lab for #Tokon_IronMan and I found THE consistent setup to get his j214M to always ground bounce regardless of height.
I might have seen this somewhere on twitter, or even in his combo trials, but after testing this, I think your bnb should include this
Main things I'd like to see changed in Tokon:
-fix PC version obviously
-remove 4 normal chain limit
-a little more flexibility on when you can call assists
-6236 should obviously give you a DP...
Overall really really like this version. Hope the tech stuff can be fixed
I've only been doing training mode in Tokon and so far I think I'm settling between Iron Man or Ms Marvel on point. Trying to find a team for them though is another matter entirely. Need more days on this beta.
Returned home from my @Evo trip. Had a good time at the event. Happy with my placings (13th at Strive and 65th at Granblue). Definitely made up for my performance at Frosty's. To all those who I hanged out with and/or played, it was a pleasure. Till next time!
