I'm sorry for the late reply. The vouchers can only be used by the person named on ticket. They can't be transferred over to you, even if you were travelling or as the card holder. Neil

@British_Airways I paid for my mums flight ticket! I’ve accepted vouchers - thinking I will use at some point. She is never going to fly again and you tell me - I cannot use my money to book a flight with you as it’s in her name! It’s stealing!!! I thought I was supporting BA. Disgusting!
