FR313-Shoe Lake Rd, at intersection of the Arrowhead Trl (Cook County 16) west to Loft Lake carry-down access, has been temporarily repaired.

Recently, staff completed prescribed fires for wildlife species by firing grass & undesired tree/shrub species.
Species of benefit include American woodcock, olive-sided flycatcher, Nabokov Blue butterfly, black bear, moose & more.
