It may be "no flights, no tights," but we're ready to brave the meteor shower to give you the low down on every episode of Smallville during the next phase of Podcast Full of Kryptonite!

I appreciate everyone's support and kind words over the last couple of months. I plan to come back and pick up where we left off with Smallville at some point, so stay tuned!
I wanted to share a quick update. Due to my changing life and work circumstances, unfortunately, I'll be putting an indefinite pause on the Podcast Full of Kryptonite and the Smallville re-watch.
I need to focus on the job search, the 30something Podcast, my family, and most importantly making sure I'm well and healthy. As Count Rugen once told Prince Humperdink: "If you haven't got your health, then you haven't got anything."
I wanted to thank everyone for your patience as there hasn’t been an episode in 2 weeks. I was notified recently that my job was being eliminated, so I’ve been spending some time soul-searching and considering what my next move will be. We’ll be back soon with more Smallville!
Apologies for the delay in an episode this week. Life hit pretty hard for myself and each of my siblings — each one of us dealing with separate grief or life-changing events (not in a good way) — so it’ll be a bit delayed.
Here you go: the #Superman trailer. Krypto, take us home.
Watch the teaser trailer now and ❤ this post to get updates from @superman before it hits theaters this July.
It absolutely went by too fast. Our review of the final episode of Superman & Lois is here. And I'm not crying... you're crying. Shut up.

Tonight's the night. One of the best live-action Superman stories comes to an end with the series finale of Superman & Lois. Thanks to the showrunners, writers, and all the cast and crew of @cwsupermanlois for four amazing seasons of television.
So I didn’t mention this when recording the last episode, but if the writers of @cwsupermanlois wanted Clark to go around getting people to forget he’s Superman, there’s an easy fix.
