@DerrickEvans4WV Saw a documentary awhile back that tipping was created during the great depression because the owners couldn't afford to pay wages. Interesting that they kept that model. They kept the profit and "forced" the customer to pay their employees via tips.
@allymya62@timburchett Explain Nuclear Waste? How is it produced? What are the components? Has technology (SI) found ways to use the "waste"? Personally, I care more about that than donations. Which is indeed for another conversation.
@WallStreetApes Typical capitalism is you have a product that becomes popular. This generates a strong demand. Company then reacts to demand due to shorter supply, they raise the price. A lengthy process before those higher prices hit. Digital type of pricing is basically price gauging.
@shipwreckshow@FindthenewCK "You think a 3rd party candidate could win?"
Yes. However, not this cycle. There will not be another cycle if the worst of all evil wins. This cycle.
@shipwreckshow We've turned politics into a drive thru experience. If we don't get what we want in 3 minutes or less, we turn against those fighting the real battle. One that has been raging since 1913.
