The Solana Summit Serbia aftermovie opens with a line about the Balkans:
"People have been marching through it for centuries, always on their way to somewhere else."
This August, more than 80 speakers came from all over the Balkans, and from as far as America, the UK, Germany and India. 1,500 people filled two packed stages at Sava Centar, 13 startups pitched live on Demo Day, and 20+ side events took over Belgrade.
To every speaker, sponsor and guest, and to the whole @Solana community, thank you for taking this so far past our expectations, it means a lot to us, and we plan to keep building from here for many years to come.
Less than a week until @colosseum's Crypto World's Fair submissions close.
The best products won't necessarily win, the best-pitched ones will.
@voshy's Pitch Perfect talk from Solana Summit Serbia, for anyone presenting this week.
If you're building a startup for Crypto World's Fair and struggling with founder-led marketing, start here.
This is one of the best workshops we've hosted. @vukan0x shared his honest take on how founders should do marketing, and showed with proven examples that all of it works in practice.

the concept of homeschooling is inevitable, especially in an era where attention spans are reduced to a minimum, even more so for kids
i see (and hear in my building lol) how parents struggle to get their kids to eat without some kind of content on, and i ask myself how these kids will sit in class and learn in the future
@lumiagame built an interesting way to solve it, and i can't wait for them to release the content piece they're filming right now at the buildstation in belgrade, where you'll see how it works in practice
Today at 2PM CEST, @tilo_cpn is running a workshop on privacy on Solana for Crypto World's Fair teams.
Remote and open to everyone.

Tilo leads product at @HeliusPrivacy, bringing programmable privacy to Solana without giving up its performance.
On Tuesday, he's running a workshop on why Solana needs privacy, what it makes possible, and how programmable Solana Privacy Rings work. You'll leave with concrete use cases and ideas for what to build.

Stonkpile Rating is live.
Every tokenized stock on @solana now gets a rating
(or a reason it has none).
1,800+ listed. 114 have a real market. Those are the ones rated.
Rating ranks liquidity, real volume, pools & perps, pricing.
Trustless, permissionless, straight from onchain data.
Drop a ticker. I’ll tell you why it scored what it scored.
gm with my builder update on Stonkpile for Stocklana and Colosseum World's Fair:
What works:
- Stonkpile rating went live last night. tldr: Moody's style ratings for tokenized stocks on Solana. Permissionless, live from onchain data and @JupiterExchange@dexscreener APIs.
115 tokenized stocks on Solana carry a score out of 100 now. Liquidity, real volume, pools and perps, pricing, all factor in
- 63 tokenized stocks have a perp.
@PhoenixTrade and @HyperliquidX, tracked per token with links for you to go explore them.
- share cards for each stock are live; click on any stock ticker, see detailed rating and a share card!
What needs improvement:
- staying behind on the overall design on purpose; I'm aware the app looks vibecoded but the main mission for the hackathon is for it to work flawlessly on every component. Will deal with design after submission
- Yes this is a thing I vibe coded with Claude out of thin air but the ideas, direction, fine tuning and optimizing come from me. :)
- there's still too many elements on the app, making it a bit overwhelming for visitors; working on better display of info, shuffling around sections and trimming fat.
- could REALLY use that @PythNetwork Pro Access for the oracle feeds
- minor tweaks on legibility on mobile
What's Next:
- pitch deck for Colosseum; @SuperteamBLKN resources and @JosipVolarevic2 articles on one liners, pitching etc to the rescue
- add referral links to the links for perps, markets as a first, low hanging fruit source of revenue.
Locked in, Claude firing on all cylinders.
PS: I get it now @ThePrimeagen.

Mert on what the best Solana startups have in common.
“The unifying thread is the founders are super interested in their own domain. They don't go from idea to idea. They start very small. They expand to adjacent markets. And they ruthlessly care about the end user and the product. That's really it.”

At the last Buildstation Demo Day, 30 teams pitched in front of 100+ people in Belgrade.
The next one closes Buildstation Belgrade on October 13. Teams that spent the hackathon building take the stage and pitch what they shipped, with a $5,000 prize pool.
October 13, Savska 5, Belgrade. Open to everyone.
What does a hackathon judge actually look for?
What are the strongest (and weakest) points to include in your submission?
Which sector is best to build in?
