@British_Airways I submitted an expenses claim 43 working days ago following baggage delay. I was asked to submit additional information (which was the same I had already submitted). Customer services via your website is exceptionally unhelpful: "I'm sure they're working on it"

@British_Airways Hello, the customer service we have just experienced at Gatwick Airport is absolutely shocking. We paid for our seats in since December and we are now being told we have been randomly downgraded resulting in us now being economy. I would like to be compensated

Could you please explain this latest "enhancement" to your app: I get logged off all the time.
So after being unable to retrieve bookings or check-in, this is the icing on the cake.

@British_Airways my bag still missing after 8 days. With the courier company who have indicated it would delivered two days in a row, it has never arrived. Waiting again today. They won’t answer the phone and I can’t speak with anyone in BA. Disgraceful service from BA
