This Mental Health Awareness Week, I want to say something real.

I’ve struggled with my own mental health for years. A long time ago, I finally reached out, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Men especially: we often stay silent because we feel ashamed, weak, or like we “should just deal with it.” Please know it doesn’t make you weak; it makes you human.

If you’re struggling right now, reach out. If you notice someone’s been quiet or you haven’t spoken to a mate in a while, knock on their door, send that message, check in.

A small conversation can change everything.
You’re not alone. There’s strength in asking for help, and even more hope on the other side. 💙
