Was myself doing blood transfusion of a patient today on duty while having severe cold and cough and the 60 year old patient herself asked me to take rest and come back when I get a little better , she said who will take care of us if the doctor won’t be well 🥹

That was a cancer patient who told me this 🙏🏼

These words of the patient won my heart ♥️ and this profession no matter how much we curse it (due to politics which ruined it) we all actually love it from inside .
