Recently, I had the opportunity to bring together a group of young men representing the next generation of leaders in our city to discuss issues facing young Black men in NYC, as well as opportunities for mentorship, leadership, public service and community organizing.
As we continue working to address the affordability crisis that has pushed 200,000 Black New Yorkers to leave our city over the last 20 years, it is critical that we bring the struggles of every New Yorker to the heart and solutions of our politics.

Africa is underdeveloped because:
1) Every nationalistic leader was murdered, and the current leaders are obedient puppets to the Western hegemonies.
2) Western companies continue to steal resources.
3) They continue to fund coups/instabilities, preventing any chance of peace, which would have instigated development.
Ages 25–30 are really tough. You’re dealing with a shrinking friend group,aging parents,fixing the financial mistakes from ur early 20s,your career and your health. You’ve gotta find time to heal your mind. You just have to.
We’re obsessed with the idea that poor people might take more than they need, but we never question why the super rich are never satisfied with what they already have.
