We have to book new flight on the spot, no sleep time sched 5:55am pero ngayon 6:06am na hindi pa lumipad, @airasia !!!!!

Yes Flight sched namin 7:55pm pero 7:43pm desisyong lumipad sana hindi na pala nagbooking, parang bus pala yan pag gusto ng umandar, AANDAR!

It was very disappointing because we made a huge effort to reach the airport on time after such a long journey. We understand that passengers are expected to follow airline policies, but it also feels unfair that when flights are delayed, passengers are asked to understand

If boarding or check-in was already closed, we believe we should have been informed earlier before entering the airport. (pinapasok pa ng guard given na last trip na)

What made the situation more confusing is that the airport security still allowed us to enter the terminal. We were under the impression that we could still catch the flight, especially since this was the last trip.

We traveled all the way from Calbayog, Samar to Tacloban Airport, which took us around 6 hours. We rushed to the airport and arrived at approximately 7:30 PM
