Are you forcing us to take the Moneyback policy along with a personal loan even though I am a government employee? The branch manager says he needs approval from higher authority if I don't want the policy and is delaying my loan approval.

one issue, this has been cancelled by flipkart side, but for this refund was issued to me of ₹1869 against refund of ₹2548. Though this cancelation was by done by flipkart due to some unexpected issues of flipkart, the burden is levied on me. Why?
