@delhivery@help_delhivery Don't know if you ever need customer feedback, or give value to their experience with you, but for me and many more, the #Delhivery experience is poor, lot slower than other couriers due to ur flawed system.
Extra 2-3 stopovers in a good's journey from the source to destination leads to delay of at least 3-4 days & even more! In tracking, no clear mention of exact time, ONLY MORNING, EVENING! Just 10kms away from destination, Products languish in ur warehouses 2-3 days or even more!
@GooglePayIndia Already tried all possible avenues of reaching you in the past 25 days, including dispute raising, chat, emails and DMs with all details. Nothing worked so far! Is there anyway else to get my money back?
@GooglePayIndia If NON REFUND for a FAILED transaction even after 25 days constitutes your understanding of "issue resolved", then it might have been!
PLEASE inform your team that there is NO REFUND TILL NOW!
@GooglePayIndia I did finally manage to contact one of your representatives through chat. In a mail after the chat, they claimed to have escalate the refund issue with the intermediary EURONET & get back to me within 7 business days. Today is the seventh day. NO REFUND!
Struggling again for refund for Falied BSNL Prepaid recharge on @GooglePayIndia on 1stDec'20.This time, it's 7 days and counting! Last failed recharge on @GooglePay on 17AUG took 44days long struggle till 30SEP for refund with repeated tweets, chats and mails.
Utterly disappointing! Many Items of the @Flipkart#BigBillionDays 2020 sale doesn't ship to lots of pincodes that they used to cover earlier! Same/ similar items, same pincode, but shown as not deliverable this time!
Plz look into it @flipkartsupport
