Great leaders are seed planters. We plant seeds of knowledge, confidence, opportunity, and hope often without knowing when or where they will take root.

A teacher who inspires a student to read.
A principal who believes in a young educator.
A superintendent who develops future leaders.
A school board that invests in opportunities for children.

The impact may begin in one classroom, one school, or one community but it can reach far beyond anything we ever imagined.

Keep planting seeds. You may never know how far they will grow.
