Ever built an app on pure URL state? Would love your thoughts.
#buildinpublic#opensource
I built a calendar app with NO backend. No database. No sign-ups. No servers.
The entire database lives inside your browser's URL bar.
Here's how I stuffed an encrypted calendar into a URL hash
Best part: it's private by design.
Toggle "Lock Calendar" and your data is encrypted in-browser with your password. Even if someone intercepts the link, they can't read it.
No server ever sees your plain-text data.
Because there is no database, I don't hold the data.
The budget existed only as long as we needed it.
Once the trip was over and the debts were settled, the link became digital dust.

The Solution: "Zero-Knowledge" Architecture
I built a tool with NO backend database.
๐ The Data: Compressed and encoded directly into the URL hash.
๐ The Security: AES-GCM encryption locks the URL.
๐ The Privacy: No logins. No "Request Access."
๐ Just released: Auto Tag on Package Version Change

Finally happy to get this out the door. Launching a component library that will keep growing as we grow as a team.
Would love your feedback and ideas for new components.
