@IndiGo6E Why can't you guys call when you have the mobile number. Other airlines do There was one person standing there on the gate waiting for his colleague and still the person there closed the gate. This is pure inhumane behaviour that your employee showed

@IndiGo6E the most #inhuman thing I witnessed today. Was 3 minutes late. The gate was closed & the guy there refused to open up. Didn't he know there were 5 passengers remaining from the boarding pass? One of us had her daughter in hospital still he didn't open the gate. So wrong
