@Baba_Kaamdev @nit_set @IKEAIndia It's a normal procedure. I have been to IKEA Hyderabad several times that's why I am well versed with it. IKEA also mentioned the same in their reply. Don't know why it is so hard to understand this simple thing. There are others who have corroborated the same thing.

@Unschackle @IKEAIndia I have already shared my sympathies in previous tweets. Before jumping to conclusions we should try and know the whole truth. Their claim that only they got checked is wrong that's what I pointed out. I did mention that IKEA should have apologised for rude behaviour.

@Unschackle @IKEAIndia Agreed We also don't know how they behaved with the security staff at IKEA when they were asked to go through this additional security check after self-check out. So the whole story is not known to us. I am just saying that the procedure exists.
