Wow, what was this mess called „Zero“!? Probably the most stupid Shahrukh Khan film I‘ve seen. A fever dream. The whole film felt like a parody.

The only highlight is Katrina Kaifs Item song Husn Parcham.

And just to be clear: He‘s my most favourite Khan out of the big 3.

Watched „Animal“ & didn‘t like it as expected. Too exaggerated & melodramatic, and so many wrong values imparted to men.

The actors performances were all fine though. Especially Bobby Deol was on fire.

Post pandemic, it has been difficult for films to open well but then stability in days thereafter is better if there is audience acceptance. #Mardaani3 is showing those signs of acceptance.

#Mardaani3 grows quite well in Saturday, has a shot at 50 crores lifetime

Mardaani 3 is stabilising reasonably well now. After surprising on Friday with 2.15 crores coming in, the film now did further well on Saturday as the expected jump came in. The numbers grew by around 80% as 3.85 crores were collected at the box office. This is again far ahead of what Mardaani (1.66 crore) and Mardaani 2 (1.95 crore) had collected on their second Saturday.

This again goes on to show how things have changed post pandemic. The opening has become more and more difficult whereas growth in days to come is better than before if a film is accepted by the audience. That’s being seen with Mardaani 3 as well which surprisingly didn’t see an opening of 7-8 crores which was expected out of it but is now coming on its own in the second weekend, which will ensure that it emerged as the highest collecting film in the franchise.

The film has collected 32.55 crores already and while 40 crores mark should be crossed in two weeks flat, all eyes are on how much further than 45 crores will it go in its final run. For now, 50 crores lifetime does look like a possibility and that would be decent enough for the Rani Mukherji who is practically the only actress from her generation who is still running solo as a lead actress and delivering.

Watched „Mardaani 3“ today. My favorite film of the franchise so far. Very dark & edgy. The only negative thing - I wished they’d have used the full potential out of the female villain in the film. She was great & sadly lost substance in the 2nd half.
