As a staunch conservative, I believe in free markets, traditional values, and limited government, but I’ve never been a fan of @realDonaldTrump “The KNOW-IT-ALL King” . His leadership style—marked by division and loyalty tests—undermines the unity and inclusiveness that conservatism requires. His combative rhetoric, conflicts with the humility and tolerance I value as a Christian.
That said, @realDonaldTrump first-term policies, including tax cuts and deregulation, drove significant economic growth. Just this week, SoftBank’s Masayoshi Son announced a $100 billion investment into U.S. AI development, signaling massive opportunities for economic and technological under his second term.
However, for Trump and our open society to succeed, he must embrace a more unifying and inclusive leadership style. True conservatism is about principles and progress, not division. Trump has the tools to drive growth and innovation, but only if he leads with grace and wisdom—values the world ( opps! he doesn’t really care about the world, #MAGA only) desperately needs.
