For @nykaafashion Order ID - NYK27241263-0686460 and @Shadofax tracking ID - R1193920216NYK, your delivery executive at first took the product and then returned back after a while saying some tag wasn't there.

Absence of tag cannot be a valid reason for not picking up the product since it's quite possible the tag would have been lost when the delivery executive took the product with him at first.

I am are not sure where the tag was misplaced or whether the tag was there itself in the first place or not when product was delivered to me. Hence, you are requested to schedule the pick up again. The product is in perfect condition as was delivered to me.
