Gurgaon's most expensive market is now live.
DLF Summit Plaza is finally open on Golf Course Road.

For years, Galleria was the only real high-street in this area, which is exactly why it became one of the most expensive markets in the country.

Now Summit Plaza is DLF's answer, and the rents are setting a new bar: ₹1,700 to ₹2,000 per sqft a month, the highest in Gurgaon, at an ROI of around 3.25%.

And the catchment?

Galleria's draw was mostly the independent housing around it.

Summit Plaza is surrounded by some of the most prestigious high-rises in Delhi-NCR: DLF Golf Links, The Crest, Park Place, plus the upcoming launches on Golf Course Road.

The purchasing power that pulls in has no match.

After a decade of Galleria having no competition, Golf Course Road finally has a second one.

Heavy vehicles of the GMDA nominated contractor, RMC plant and other heavy vehicle are damaging GMDA’s own roads.

If road was not designed for heavy vehicle movement when how approval for RMC plant was given at sector 79 Road gurugram.

If approval for RMC plant was given at this road then who is responsible for this damaged and dusty road.

Ironically, this stretch was repaired barely 6–7 months ago, yet it is already riddled with damage and another repair tender is expected.

Instead of repeatedly spending public money on the same road, why not protect the asset in the first place?

Proper regulation of heavy vehicle movement and accountability of contractors can save both taxpayers’ money and commuters from unsafe, bone-jarring roads.

It’s time for GMDA to stop the endless cycle of “repair–damage–retender” and ensure durable infrastructure for the public.
