@policybazaar is toying with me. Paid them for a car insurance 4 days ago and submitted all the documents and video inspection. They called me yesterday to tell me due to a tech failure I need to do it again. I did it. Today they called to tell me to do it again. Beware of them.

Their customer care executives tell me everything is through and I will receive the policy in 1 hr and then they call to tell me I have to do everything again. Is it a technical failure or a process failure? A licensed insurance broker just playing with customers.Can Irdai tell?
