The FCRA Amendment Bill 2026 strengthens transparency and accountability in foreign funding:

🏛️ Foreign-funded assets remain protected if licences are cancelled or surrendered.
🚫 No foreign funding after licence expiry.
⚖️ Individuals can be held directly accountable for violations.
🛡️ Foreign funds only for lawful welfare activities — not forced conversions or anti-national activities.
