Outrageous and unacceptable! VTWA strongly condemns the heinous physical assault on Mr. Sunil Debatta, President of the Vocational Trainers Association, Odisha. This attack by the Director of Ascensive Educare and his associates took place right inside the @OSEPA_Official office today.
This is nothing but pure Gunda-raj by corrupt VTPs trying to silence those who stand for trainers' rights. We strictly demand the immediate arrest of the culprits and the blacklisting of the agency to save vocational education in Odisha from these "dalals."
We will not be intimidated! Justice must be served.

🚨 EXPOSED: Mega Recruitment Scam in Odisha’s Mass Education Department!

We strongly condemn the massive corruption and irregularities in the recruitment process. Senior officials & private "consultants" are manipulating the system, forcing experienced staff (2016 batch) to reapply while looting money per post.

The creation of 21 outsourcing agencies and the contradictory notification to oust employees above 45 is a conspiracy against honest workers.

This is daylight robbery of employment opportunities.

We demand:
⚫ Immediate CBI/SPE inquiry into the scam.

SPD OSEPA made a letter on 30-03-2024 abt ending MoU with VTP as 30 Sept 2024, but it is a matter of concern that no VTP are issuing Contract Closure letter to their VTs. Why they are disobeying the rule of law & OSEPA deliberately.
