#prtc been waiting years but biotech investment requires patience. Puretech marketcap at £1.32 is £320m. They own c.33% of Seaport ($380m) and with todays news own $100m or 35% of Celea fully diluted. Cash runway out to 2028. The many pieces are starting to fall into place.
#ITV conglomerate discount persists, been buying at 80p. Current EV £3.6bn, studios is worth minimum 10x ebitda bluesky 12x to a suitor this translates to a current share valuation of £1.06-£1.20 IMO as a sum-of-the-parts, expect 90p+ on Comcast deal confirmation
#SSIC after the welcome jump on #SSIT this morning, SSIC looks mis-priced at 94.5p so taken a new position. Trading below net cash of 98p which will be deployed soon and once deployed SSIC gradually transfers into SSIT so it gets the Iceye upside too. Risk is #spacex volatility
@RebelHQ For any newbies not invested in SSIT, SSIC is possibly better value at 94.5p to buy, 100% net cash worth 98p after fundraising expenses soon to deploy and converts into SSIT ordinaries on a quarterly basis so SSIT get ICEYE upside too.
#ssit#iceye Iceye have just blown the doors off at the Series F raise, $12bn valuation versus $2.4bn at Series E in Dec25. Not withstanding volatility of SpaceX sucking out the air from Space (pun intended) go long SSIT at £1.87 IMO.
@CapitalPmh Hi Paul, yes on poss takeover, but the organic strategy is a classic turnaround story. New CEO, simplified the business. Product is best in class in Europe and the US business is taking off via its Florida subsidiary Airon. If it breaks the US market it would be transformational
#futr catching a falling knife. Mgt reiterate £100m FCF in FY26 marketcap approx £270m at £2.87 so i am buying a FCF yield of 37%. High risk no advice.
@reb40 Hey Aston Girl, re FUTR i am on the earnings call, they have reiterated £100m FCF for FY26 that is a FCF yield of 37%, never seen that before. Marketcap approx £270m
