The negative voices in my head, gave me everything they had… “it’s hot, 🥵 it’s too late for a run⌛️ (10:47am) it’s summertime in Fl☀️, you haven’t eaten anything, you’ll pass out!!!”
Then one voice said… “you told yourself you’d workout 4 days this week…” after thinking about that more, I didn’t want to let myself down again and off on the run I went!
Eminem’s “Till I Collapse” kick started my run and I was rewarded with my fastest mile this month! 🏅😁
I’m now proud I went, instead of continuing to bash myself.

Happy Father’s Day, to all the fathers and father figures out there. This is my first Father’s Day, without my dad here on Earth. I’m grateful he was able to stick around as along as he did.
Ya never know when your last Father’s Day might be. Sadly we didn’t take a group picture last year, but thankful for all the years we did take one.
Miss ya pops… but I know you’re having a good time up there, while we hold down the fort here.💝
I read over these and I think most are on point. Lots of comments talk about #1 which is skip breakfast. I’m all about skipping breakfast and enjoying a healthy brunch or early lunch.
What team are you on breakfast or bunch/ lunch?
I’ve been reading more about how daily fasting helps our bodies heal and that is the journey I’m embracing these days. #toeachtheirown #whatishelpingyou
I don’t understand what that means, but for me… I pretty much stopped eating breakfast. I was only eating crappy carbs, that made me feel tired and bloated before noon. Now I can wake up at 6:30am get my kids ready for school, go for a run, do a 30 min lift workout and then eat an early lunch around 11:30. After you do it for a few days/ week. It’s really not that bad.
I did a fast a few times and once I realized that the hunger pains pass after like 10, 15mins. They won’t phase you. Now I start getting hungry at 11:30am instead of 7am. Our bodies are amazing!
I hope that while @facebook is down, ad spend also stops, cause that messed up if it doesn't. Hope my clients get a refund of the money they are spending for nothing.
