Last day operating in Tema, Ghana. First case was an unreducible right inguinal hernia. Ann Chung MD and I had to do a partial omentectomy to be able to reduce the hernia. Large indirect. Got a great repair with mesh

We are rockin and rolling on day 4 in Tema, Ghana. 2 unilateral hernias completed and 1 lap bilateral hernia completed. 2 unilateral yet to go.

Day #3 in Tema, Ghana has begun. On the schedule partial parotidectomy, excise of ganglion cyst, ventral hernia, lateral sphincterotomy, excision of masses right forearm. TRUE general surgery day for Nunoo, Chung and Ollila!
