What was once spiritual now feels like a fantasy epic. Up to the war sequence the movie was brilliant, but the climax with demon-like visuals inside the cave felt straight out of a 90's Amman movies. Spectacular effort, but lost the soul of the original.

#KantaraChapter1 is visually grand but not as grounded as #Kantara. Loved the story, screenplay, VFX, and dialogues — but while the first film taught us that nature itself is divine, this one seems to have gone overboard with unnecessary mythic VFX.
