@arghavan_salles I am so sorry you are going through this. I had a coworker say that I should have another baby not knowing our story. Hoping to nip it in the bud, I said, "My body doesn't make babies easily." To which she replied, "Oh, it's not hard!" Even when we try, ppl don't listen.

Plowing ahead without any breaks and doing unpaid OT is just going to burn them out... and then our employer will replace them with another fresh-faced go-getter.
