Ioannis Polyzois performed the first arthroscopic bone block procedure at @ASPHFT yesterday. The young patient had significant glenoid bone loss & recurrent shoulder dislocations. Images show preparation of the anterior glenoid, preparing the bone block & arthroscopic insertion.
