@Morrisons 1/2 I ordered letter mugs to make chocolate mug cakes as sustainable party bags. I bought other things to get delivery. Someone packed all the mugs in a bag with a glass bottle. Unsurprisingly 1 got broken. You won’t replace it unless I put a whole other order in.
