Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary published this Race Action Plan covering 2024 to 2026. It is the operational document of the force that handcuffed Henry Nowak as he died.

Read it carefully because every element of what happened on that Southampton street in December 2025 is visible in its priorities, its language and its omissions.

The plan states the force will pursue offenders and deal with offences that cause the most harm to ethnic minority communities. Not all communities. Ethnic minority communities specifically. The document that is supposed to govern equal policing contains within it an explicit hierarchy of whose harm the force prioritises.

The plan commits to training officers on the history of policing minority ethnic communities to understand the trauma and failings of the past. Officers are to be trained in the grievances of specific communities. They are not trained to treat every member of the public as an equal before the law regardless of which community makes an accusation against them. The consequence of that training is documented on body cam footage that the Prime Minister described as making him feel sick.

The plan establishes a Black and Ethnic Minority network called BEAM with scrutiny powers over the Chief Constable's Legitimacy Board. A community network defined by ethnicity has institutional oversight of the force's legitimacy decisions. The force that handcuffed Henry Nowak built that oversight structure into its own governance framework.

The plan commits to making the force anti-discriminatory and to explaining or reforming any disproportionality. Disproportionality in policing is the term used when members of one community are stopped, searched or arrested at higher rates than their population share. The entire framework of anti-racism training in British policing is built around reducing that disproportionality. The officers who arrested Henry Nowak and did not arrest his killer were acting within a framework designed to avoid exactly the kind of disproportionality that arresting a Sikh man on the word of a white victim might have produced.

Shabana Mahmood said there must be no two tier policing. This is the document that built it. It is Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary's own Race Action Plan. It is publicly available. It was in force on December 4th 2025. Nobody is investigating it.

They built a courtroom around his dying body and cast him as the villain.

A staged turban. A fake swollen eye. A stolen phone. A brother on 999 lying while Henry bled. A mother walking away with the murder weapon like she was taking out the bins. A father at the scene. Officers so deep in unconscious bias training they chose a staged hate crime over a dying boy's nine desperate pleas.

This wasn't a stabbing.

It was a production.

And most of the cast walked offstage without a scratch.

Vickrum Digwa. Convicted. 21 years minimum.

His mother Kiran Kaur. Convicted of assisting an offender. Still awaiting sentence.

Now tell me who's at home tonight.

Gurpreet Digwa. The brother. Lied on the 999 call. Named by the judge in open court. Not charged.

The father. Named in court. At the scene. Helped remove the weapon. Not charged.

The officers who handcuffed a dying boy. Six months on. Treated as witnesses. Not suspects.

The system that trained them to hear the word racist and switch off every instinct they had.

Four people built the lie around Henry's body.

A system made it work.

Two are convicted.

The rest are at home.

Henry's father said his family should not have to fight for the truth.

He's right.

We're not done.

Every single one of them belongs in that dock.

The former Equality and Human Rights Commission chair accuses Labour of sabotaging the national inquiry because of its explosive racial implications — and because so much of the abuse took place under Labour-controlled councils that did nothing to stop it.

“The government clearly never wanted these two things to be put together,” Phillips declared. He points to Labour's efforts to downplay “the intersection of race and sexual predation,” insisting the perpetrators deliberately targeted victims because they were white and outside the groomers' community.

“These children are chosen because of their race. They are chosen because they are white and because they’re outside the community of the groomers.”

Phillips highlights the chilling uniqueness of these crimes: unlike typical child abuse kept hidden, grooming gangs operate in plain sight — with perpetrators knowing they are shielded.

“The other thing is these people know that they are protected. They’re protected politically, they’re protected by social workers, they’re protected by local police. That is the scandal here.”

He pulls no punches on why a full reckoning has been avoided: “Much of this took place in local Labour councils and the authorities who were supposed to be watching over this, stopping it, monitoring it and all the rest of it were controlled by those councils and they did nothing.”

This is not just institutional failure — it's a politically motivated shield thrown over horrific, racially aggravated sexual exploitation that went on for years under Labour's watch.

Right now, they deserve justice — and Britain deserves the full, fearless national inquiry that has been denied for far too long.

Something shifted today. The Budget row stopped being a story about dishonesty and became something darker: a government moving to remove the one man who could expose it. Rachel Reeves hasn't simply misrepresented the public finances. She hasn't simply engineered a false fiscal crisis. She is now clinging to office because the one man who could contradict her – the chairman of the OBR – has been shoved aside hours before he was due to give evidence. That is not politics. That is the state reaching for the dimmer switch to keep the truth out of sight.

Richard Hughes's resignation was dressed up as noble self-sacrifice, but the timing gives the game away. He falls on the morning Reeves faces her fiercest scrutiny. He disappears from the witness table where he was meant to confirm, under oath and in public, that the Chancellor had the upgraded forecasts before she warned the country of a black hole that did not exist. And he falls after days of pressure from ministers who suddenly lost their patience with the one body they had spent months claiming proved their credibility. A watchdog that tells the truth is useful to them. A watchdog that contradicts the script is disposable.

This is the true scandal. Not the lie, but the purge. A government that cooks its own numbers is untrustworthy. A government that removes the referee to protect a minister is dangerous. Reeves has not merely broken faith with the public – she has broken the independence of Britain's fiscal institutions. The OBR was created to keep politicians honest. Today it has been reminded, in brutal terms, that honesty carries a price.

Starmer cannot wash his hands of this. His fingerprints are all over the weapon. He attacked the OBR for its timing. His ministers briefed against Hughes. His MPs questioned his position. Reeves withdrew her confidence just as the narrative turned against her. And then, as the walls closed in, the man at the centre of the row quietly exited the stage. Starmer held a press conference insisting there was "no misleading," a line delivered with the weary certainty of a man who hopes repetition can replace truth. It cannot. The public is not blind. They can see the choreography.

A Prime Minister who stays silent while his Chancellor misleads the country is weak. A Prime Minister who allows the watchdog to be trampled to spare his Chancellor is complicit. This government now faces a crisis of legitimacy of its own making. It asked the country to trust it. Then it undermined the very institution designed to earn that trust. This is not the behaviour of grown-ups. It is the behaviour of a government that fears scrutiny because it knows scrutiny will expose the lie.

We should be clear about what happened today. The head of the OBR resigned in the middle of the biggest fiscal scandal in years. He resigned on the eve of giving testimony that could have ended Reeves's career. And he resigned under a cloud of ministerial pressure, pointed criticism, and barely disguised frustration from Number 10. This government has not only misled the public – it has interfered with the mechanisms designed to correct that misconduct.

A country can survive a dishonest Budget. It cannot survive a government that silences the people who catch it.

And that is where Britain now stands. If the ethics system fails to act, if Parliament shrugs, if the OBR is cowed into submission, then the lie becomes law and the truth becomes optional. Reeves may cling on. Starmer may brazen it out. But a government that protects itself by toppling the watchdog is not a government with a future. It is a government already rotting from the inside.

However whenever ‘grooming/rape gangs’ hit the news, which has happened a lot this year, the struggle becomes impossible and I have to prioritise this alongside the intense work we do @TMOFCharity every single day!

So, my first ‘catch up’ is to share an opinion piece I wrote for @DailyMail a couple of weeks ago when we were in the thick of the latest attempts by the government to ‘derail’ this new so called ‘enquiry’ which has turned into another fiasco. Very intentional in my humble opinion, as those in authority never wanted, and still do not want, an enquiry around this type of offending. They would much prefer it to remain buried forever, as they do not want the answers it will most certainly give, hence why data and stats has never been collected even though I and many others have been calling very vocally for this for 15 years!.

Instead they prefer to ‘muddy the waters’, play survivors of all types of sexual abuse off against each other in the hope this latest fiasco will just collapse….. then they will blame the survivors for its collapse when in all honesty this is a very intentional ‘tactic’ in my opinion.

Let’s see where we land with this, but I honestly do not believe this scandal will ever go away until the public see an honest and truthful full account of the horrors of decades of knowing neglect and corruption by our so called public servants to protect some of the most vulnerable children in our society raped on an industrial scale by the monsters in these gangs ….
