An already 4.5 hr delayed Alliance Air ATR is stranded since 2 hrs at IGI airport. The ATR is just roaming around the taxiway rn. Crew says no bay is available. Like seriously, the National capital airport cannot deboard 30 passengers?? @timesofindia @the_hindu @rpbreakingnews
