Next is co-founder and course director, Dr Leyla Turkoglu.

Leyla is an anaesthetics trainee in the East of England. Before medicine, she studied English literature and trained as a solicitor. She is interested in doctors' training, well-being and ethics.

Next, it's co-founder Dr Helen Baxter.

Helen is a Core Anaesthetics Trainee in West London. She has spent time working in Jamaica, the USA and Australia. Her interests lie in mentorship, human factors and sustainability in healthcare.

Next is co-founder Dr Izzy Lever.

Izzy is an ACCS trainee in Bristol. She has been involved with research, audit and teaching projects as well as winning QIP, academic and portfolio prizes. She has a particular interest in medical education and trainee welfare.

First up is our co-founder Dr Marisa Gasparini.

Marisa studied medicine at GKT and did her foundation training in North West London. She is currently a Paediatric Trainee based in South London and is interested in paediatric cardiology and intensive care.
