By colorado law your staff had 24 hours to fix the frozen tub issue by putting in proper insulation in the walls and did not. This breaks habitability laws. So does not fixing heat I believe. Over 24 hours with no heat.

My 11 month old can’t take a bath because the water gets too cold. We both have the flu. This is uninhabitable and by law management has 24 hrs to take care of the issue. They wont.

Funny how on greys anatomy the SECOND Owen Hunt has symptoms of a CSF leak they fix it but the anesthesiologist that did my epidural at @NSubMedCenter refused to fix mine despite having textbook symptoms of one 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t remember my child first 2 weeks because of that.
