@JenniferWyness You have betrayed the trust of those you represent in #Ward2 by voting in favour of this ridiculous overstepping upzoning. I will enthusiastically and actively campaign to make sure you don’t keep your job. #yyc#yyccv
Wow! What an incredible performance from Edmonton's Acro Crew! Congratulations on your Golden Buzzer! Alberta is cheering you on every step of the way. 👏🐕
Mark Carney says he wants pipelines now, but he's keeping the same old rules that killed them before.
It's the same old story of empty promises and higher taxes.
Canadians can’t afford more of his illusions.
The bread price-fixing scandal cost Canadians an estimated $5 billion. Most of us are receiving about $50, at most. If that $5 billion were distributed evenly across Canada's population, the amount would be roughly $125 per Canadian.
Apparently, somewhere along the way, about $75 per person went missing.
For Canada to work, Parliament has to be seen to be a relevant place for regional grievances to be heard and addressed by the federal government.
If the PM openly demonstrates that Parliament is beneath him, people will conclude that Canada doesn't work.
Over to you, Carney.
According to Food Banks Canada's 2026 Poverty Report Card this morning, conditions have generally worsened in Canada since 2023, especially regarding food insecurity.
Canada's food insecurity rate is now 24%, one of the highest levels we've seen in decades. Nearly one in four Canadians is struggling to put food on the table.
Yet we're still debating whether we're in a recession.
For many households, that debate is already over.
"We're hearing Ottawa may allow more South American beef into Canada. Great news for consumers looking for more choice and potentially lower prices.
But if that's the plan, Ottawa should also stop burdening Canadian cattle producers with costly regulations that make our own beef industry less competitive. You can't claim to support Canadian agriculture while making it harder for Canadian farmers to compete."
Mark Carney promised the "strongest economy in the G7."
He delivered the only G7 economy in recession.
He is just another Liberal. And Canadians are paying the price.
My friends,
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
Do me a huge favour.
Please check in with your Liberal boomer friends and family.
I can’t imagine how horrific it is, for them,
to hear Carney say that Canada can “make America Great Again”.
😭
So let me get this straight...
Canada is in a recession—the only G7 country currently in one. Unemployment is up. Inflation is rising. Food insecurity is at a record high.
Yet the highest proportion of Canadians since 2017 now say the country is on the right track.
That's either a remarkable display of optimism—or a sign that many Canadians aren't getting the full economic story from the news they consume.
Mark Carney is out of touch and Canadians are out of money.
He spends $200,000 of taxpayers’ money on deluxe in-flight dining for just three flights.
While a record number of Canadians line up at food banks.
More costs for you. More perks for him. Just another Liberal.
74,000 bogus asylum claimants are getting benefits like vision care while millions of Canadians don't have a family doctor.
This is unfair.
Restrict health benefits for failed asylum claimants to emergency lifesaving care.
Deport those with no legal reason to be in Canada.
Over the past year, Canada imported roughly 200 to 215 million kilograms of chicken overall, enough for approximately 1.3 to 1.4 billion meals.
About 60% came from the United States, and Canadians have no clue.

Canada clearly has a chicken problem.

Under supply management, we’re supposed to eat mostly Canadian chicken at a reasonable price.
It was an interesting debate tonight between The Honourable Jason Kenney & Keith Wilson KC sponsored by the Aristotle Foundation on Public Policy. I feel there were more Alberta Separatists stacked in the audience, however they both made good cases for their positions. @jkenney
