@NoelJaylin13 No one puts up their $ for NIL, tickets, merch, and TV packages for people in other career paths. If the fans didn’t give their $, hearts, and souls, athletes wouldn’t even have these opportunities. I hate ISU but I hate what’s happening to their program more. It sucks.

@geeklinehelp My problem was resolved, but the point is it took 3 1/2 hours of my time —most of it on hold. Without this, I wouldn’t have gotten a refund at all. For $170 in “service” fees, the service should be much better.
