@_dpd_uk Rubbish! Drivers say you’re next then put sorry we missed you when you stand waiting ready. When you ring customer services to complain they mute the sound while you complain, they say delivery next day but you then get a message saying to pick it up! Delivery fees are a con!

@_dpd_uk Your customer service is atrocious, with associates turning the sound off when you’re complaining, they then promise to have your parcel delivered the next day then send an email to say it has to be collected so you’re getting delivery money for doing nothing!
