2. The “manager” Randy is unprofessional/unhelpful. The “customer service” Rep. at 1-800-325-7894 kept telling me what she couldn’t do. Is there ANYONE at Aldi’s that is concerned with customer service?!

1. I purchased 3 Gingerbread Pillows on 11/6 to be picked up 11/8. All funds were deducted from my bank. On my way there a Rep said they weren’t in stock. Went to the store to get my refund which I was told it will be 10 days!
