Thank you, @PhilaIndie & @socialfestival for selecting @ihmec's VR film “Don’t Forget Me” for your annual festivals. We’re so thankful to Survivor George Brent & to you for sharing this important story with the world. Kudos to our amazing team who helped bring this film to life.
The 23rd Headquarters Special Troops used inflatable tanks, sound effects, and more to fool German forces & help win WWII, but their heroics were classified until recently. I can't wait to share their remarkable story when Ghost Army opens on 6/16 @ihmec. https://t.co/Mzgnt8RKkH
Important progress in a high-profile case for equal pay - over 6 years in the making. Congrats @ussoccer and top players. Learn more about @CarliLloyd and tactics she and @USWNT used to fight for equal pay in @ihmec’s #TakeAStand Center.

Every day, we work with educators to bring the history and lessons of the Holocaust to their classrooms. As we celebrate #TeacherAppreciationWeek, we want to thank the dedicated educators who continue to inspire their students to Remember the Past and Transform the Future.
#OnThisDay in 1943, the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising began on the eve of Passover. Lasting 27 days, the struggle ultimately ended with the defeat of the Jewish resistance fighters and was one of the first armed revolts of any kind by civilians in German-occupied Europe.
Happy Anniversary @ihmec!
Thank you to all those who created our wonderful Museum and to the millions who have engaged with us, taking history to heart and taking a stand for humanity.
13 yrs ago, on the anniversary of the start of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, the Museum celebrated its opening. This dual anniversary is no coincidence: an enduring symbol of resistance against the odds, it inspired our Survivor community to fight back when threatened by neo-Nazis.
Thank you @ulabeast for bringing to @NPR the powerful story of how @ihmec's virtual reality films enable viewers to walk with Survivors as they return to the concentration camps they were imprisoned in and share their stories of resilience and hope. https://t.co/DajKISByPc
I am reminded of how everyday objects can take on extraordinary meaning and become storytellers in their own right when they are remnants left from a world destroyed. We are thrilled to have it at @NavyPier, giving people the opportunity to reflect on their own family’s journeys.
So excited to have one of my favorite @ihmec exhibitions, “Stories of Survival” debut at @NavyPier. This powerful outdoor exhibit features photographs of the personal artifacts Survivors of the Holocaust and 7 other genocides carried with them as they fled persecution and war.
“We had a lot of pushback on this project… Everyone had questions except for one group of people: the survivors themselves, who said, ‘Where do I sign up?’” Heather Maio talks about using AI to enable interactive conversations with Holocaust survivors. https://t.co/6CEtI5YeN1

On what would have been Congressman John Lewis' 82nd birthday, I am reminded of his powerful words: "If you see something that's not right, not fair, not just, do something about it." I was honored to meet him on a trip to South Africa w/ @RFKHumanRights & @KerryKennedyRFK
Thank you @mitchellwhurst & @DailyNorthShore for the wonderful article that captured Fritzie and George's stories and how @ihmec's new VR exhibit plays an important role in Holocaust education. https://t.co/apiQtm48qe
