@SouthwestAir I’ve been on hold for almost an hour trying to book a flight for my 14 year old son. Any ideas how long the wait may continue to be? I don’t want to lose the tickets but only have about 15 minutes that I can continue holding.
@AmericanAir I’ve interacted with 3 of your employees in separate areas at O’Hare today and every one of them needs training in customer service. They have been snappy, rude and have an attitude that they’d like to be anywhere but here. One of them was eating while “helping” me.
@JenHatmaker Stop messing with perfection and tradition! I am so disappointed when someone changes it up. Takes away from the deliciousness of the experience!
