@reece_dinsdale Just been to see it this evening at a screening in London. I saw it a few years ago, and it's still as disturbing, scary and traumatic a second time around.

@RajnishRazdan I'm starting to wonder if this is intentional... they make you go round and round in circles until you eventually give up. Then they can keep the money that they owe you.
@virginmedia Yesterday. On phone for hour and a half. Was on phone for 1 hour a couple of days before that, plus 2 other calls. So 4 phonecalls in total so far. #crapvirginmedia

@virginmedia I called Virgin again yesterday. On phone 1.5 hours. Refused to put what was agreed I writing to me, so only have word of operator that what was agreed will actually happen. I don't have any confidence that it will be tbh. #crapvirginmedia
@virginmedia There seems to be no easy way to make a formal complaint. You use systems that actively discourage customers from making a complaint. Your company is useless. #crapvirginmedia
@virginmedia Yes, I have agreed to pay an early cancellation fee. But you then took more money out of my account that I didn't owe you. I don't see why I have to wait 45 days for you to send me a cheque to reimburse me the money you owe me. You should sort it out quicker. #crapvirginmedia

@navy_taxi@virginmedia Same for me too. Called 3 times so far. Last call I spoke to 4 different people and it took 1 hour. The mess they have created has still not been sorted out by them. I am just trying to close my account.
