@DazNewman @JasonBraier @daniel_barnett @EmploymentBar @DstephensonDSC Just to clarify the claimant also had claims for unfair dismissal. Although the law in relation to indirect discrimination was complicated the financial implications were less severe and the Respondent argued that the pleadings had not been clear.
