@TELUSsupport I didn’t want to make this a public msg but DM didn’t work… after countless emails and phone calls. I was forced to Telus from Vivint 2 mos ago. I still don’t have service. I still haven’t received all my equipment. And this week you attempted to take payment! 1/2

This came after three different messages from reps on the phone, and not being able to get an engineer to my house because there are none in Newfoundland! I never once had an issue getting an engineer visit from Vivint. What happened to them when Telus took over Vivint? 2/3
