Had a call out a week ago. Told me my washing machine would be written off, to expect a call that day. No call.
5 phone calls and 6 emails. No reply to emails. Everytime promised a call when I've rung. But none to date! Furious!

Do not bother ordering large items from this store. I had a faulty Hammock. 25 pics sent and they wanted to replace parts 🙄... 3 weeks and I'm still waiting pick up and a refund!!!!
Fuming!

@dpd_uk waiting for a parcel and get a message saying Steffan couldn't get an answer at my door, so I'm now told to now travel from Barry to Bridgend tomorrow to pick it up! Well Steffan, I was in and you lied. My cameras would have picked you up. Fuming!!!!

@welsh1lad @VOGCouncil It's absolutely disgusting that Legal and General plus VOGC should be getting away with this. It's obvious Climate Change isn't important here, I thought Wales was leading the way on this.
