Something to consider, in my case specifically. I live at the edge of my county in a very rural area. I’ve always since the 90’s been forced to vote by mail. I like to drop mine off at polls or ballot drops. The nearest drops are in the adjoining county, not my county. My vote is counted in a different county. But 45,000?
